Rain is beautiful because it’s like my heart. Falling, crying, breaking, landing, filling, spreading… Eventually dissolving and then rising from the ashes.
Stars are beautiful because they remind me of you. They’re sparkly like your eyes. But distant like your mind. I could gaze forever but they’re exactly that far away.
Skyscrapers are beautiful because they’re tall and strong. And that’s how everyone sees them but what if they’re just as insecure as the rest of us and don’t even like the stereotypes they receive. Which means we are all wrong.
You are beautiful because you don’t try. And every time you smile, you unconsciously light up my life. And you shift my paradigm and blow my mind and I wonder if I’ve got it all wrong.
